Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sweet Art Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to all purchases made on our website.

By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “the client”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders are processed only once full payment has been received and cleared into our account.
1.2 Standard processing time is 1–2 working days.
1.3 Custom or personalised orders (including but not limited to DTF prints, silicone prints, vinyl cuts, embroidery, and branded items) require 4–7 working days for processing.

Processing timelines may be extended during peak periods, high volume orders, or in the event of stock availability issues. If additional processing time is required, you will be notified via email or telephone.


2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Once processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes:

4–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

2.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier logistics
  • Public holidays
  • Load shedding
  • Remote or outlying delivery areas

2.3 We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not be liable for any losses, penalties, damages, or expenses resulting from late delivery.


3. Courier Services and Tracking

3.1 All orders are delivered via third-party courier service providers.
3.2 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or link to monitor the progress of your order.
3.3 Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been collected by the courier.

Sweet Art Design is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

4. Delivery Address Requirements

4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Delivery details (address, contact person, telephone number) are correct and complete.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

4.2 If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or inability to deliver, additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery, which is payable by the customer.


5. Inspection upon Delivery

5.1 Customers are responsible for inspecting the parcel upon delivery.
5.2 Any visible damage or tampering must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt at:

6. Failure to Deliver / Returned Parcels

6.1 If the courier returns a parcel to us due to non-delivery (incorrect address, unreachable, customer not available), the customer is liable for:

  • The cost of return shipping, and
  • The cost of re-delivery

6.2 Orders not collected within 30 days will be forfeited without refund.


7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil delivery obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, courier disruptions, natural disasters, or load shedding.
